We collect only the information needed to respond to and fulfil an order: name, contact details, ordered items, delivery or pickup preference, delivery address where applicable and related messages. We use it to confirm, prepare, deliver and support orders, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full payment-method details. WhatsApp and Instagram apply their own policies. We retain data only as needed for the order and legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion through the listed contacts, subject to mandatory retention periods.
Prices are in euros and cover selected products. Any delivery fee is disclosed before final confirmation. Sending an order through the site is an availability request, not automatic acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm the items, quantities, timing, fulfilment method and final price on WhatsApp and the customer accepts. Products may contain or come into contact with gluten, milk, eggs, nuts and other allergens; tell us before confirming. Photos are illustrative. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
Because food is made to order, free cancellation is guaranteed only before preparation begins. After that, a refund may not be available, except for an incorrect, damaged or unsafe product or where the law requires a remedy. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Eligible Stripe refunds return to the original payment method; bank timing depends on the provider. If we cancel because an item is unavailable, any amount paid is refunded in full.
We serve Lisbon, Loures and nearby areas, subject to confirmation. Timing, pickup location, delivery area, delivery fee and any minimum order are agreed on WhatsApp before confirmation. For delivery, the customer must be available at the agreed address and time. Redelivery caused by incorrect details or absence may incur an additional charge disclosed before it is applied.
Before submission, the site shows each unit price, quantity and product total in euros. When online payment is selected, the customer goes to secure Stripe Checkout and is charged only after completing payment. Stripe displays eligible payment methods enabled for the account and collects email and phone details for the receipt and order contact. Payment covers the displayed products; any delivery fee is disclosed and agreed separately on WhatsApp. For cash, payment is made on pickup or delivery. Never send payment-method details through WhatsApp or Instagram. After a verified payment, the customer sends the payment reference and order summary to Assa Georgia using the WhatsApp button.
